Holly Clark, PhD, is a Senior Commercialization Manager with the Office of Technology Commercialization. She manages UK's therapeutics portfolio and works with UK Innovators to develop business models and commercialization plans for the technologies. Prior to joining UK OTC in Dec. 2021, Holly was the Deputy Director of the University of Louisville's technology transfer office. Prior to UofL, Holly was a Senior Technology Transfer Specialist at the National Cancer Institute. Holly has a B.S. in biology/genetics from the University of Maryland and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kendra Stenzel, PhD, is the Commercialization Manager for Medical Devices for the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC). She works with UK Innovators to develop business models and commercialization plans for the technologies and to direct UK OTC's resources to maximize the long-term impact of each UK intellectual property (IP) asset. Previously, she was the Project Manager for the Kentucky Network for Innovation and Commercialization (KYNETIC) proof of concept grant. Kendra earned her bachelor's degree in forensic science from Eastern Kentucky University and her Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Kentucky. Currently, she’s working on her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from UK.

Chelsea Ex-Lubeskie, PhD, is an Innovation Connect Manager for UK Innovate. She provides focused and dedicated support to advancing impactful innovation and research industry partnerships specifically for the College of Medicine. Prior to joining UK, Chelsea worked in Business Development at a private biotech company in New York. She also worked at the Foundation for Research Development, the Medical University of South Carolina’s technology transfer office where she managed the overall startup company program and the SBIR/STTR granting program for MUSC faculty startups. Additionally, she evaluated a portion of MUSC medical device inventions for commercial potential, managed the protection of IP, marketed technologies to prospective industry partners and negotiated options and license agreements. Chelsea holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in bioengineering from Clemson University and is a former entrepreneur and co-founder of Tarian Orthotics, LLC.

- Consultations on study design for clinical trials, community-based participatory research, and population-based (epidemiologic) studies
- Protocol review
- Referrals
- Quantitative data analysis for CCTS pilots
