This series is designed to keep the clinical and translational research workforce updated on good clinical practice guidelines, to present tools and resources for successful clinical trial management, and to provide opportunities for networking and team building. Presenters include both university staff/faculty members and outside speakers who are recognized for their expertise in the topic areas.

Target audience: Research coordinators, staff, and investigators directly involved in conducting clinical trials.

Continuing Education: The CCTS provides a Certificate of Attendance for the Clinical Research Update Series. The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and Society for Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA), as well as other various credentialed programs, may accept the CRU content for certification maintenance. Participants will need to verify if the certificate is valid for their professional certification requirements based on topic. 

The CCTS no longer offers nursing continuing education credit for the Clinical Research Update Series.
