The CCTS Participant Recruitment team recently attended the Eastern Kentucky University Health Fair to share information about participating in research and opportunities to join open studies.
The five-year grant will be used to provide and study an evidence-based “Family Check-Up” program at ten hearing clinics throughout the state, with the aim of improving treatment and outcomes by increasing positive parenting and decreasing disruptive behavior.
Kathryn Cardarelli, PhD, associate professor in the department of health, behavior & society in the UK College of Public Health, has been named director of the Community Leadership Institute of Kentucky (CLIK).
The CCTS team hosted booths at the Roots & Heritage Festival on Sept. 8 and the Festival Latino on Sept. 15 to provide opportunities for the community to ask questions about participating in research and learn about getting involved.
