Researchers from the University of Kentucky invite you to participate in a research study to understand what families do when a child loses a tooth, and what thoughts and concerns they have about donating teeth to health research.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
• are over the age of 18
• are a primary caregiver to a child between 5-13 years old
• live in Kentucky
• have Internet access
